Wheels have good bearings and come with axels/nuts/spacers/adjusters/brake rotor/speedo gear/cable/drum plate and brake shoes.(drum is rust free and the shoes are fair)
The sprocket needs replaced and there are some nicks on the edges of the rims from poor workmanship but they are true. The front tire is fair but the back needs replaced.The speedo gear cablescrew's head is stripped.$200 for the pair.
